- 1 package Hawaiian rolls (12 count)
- 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and cut in half
- 6 large eggs, scrambled and seasoned
- 8 slices cheddar or American cheese
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- Cooking spray or parchment paper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease or line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally without separating them individually.
- Place the bottom half of the rolls in the prepared dish.
- Layer half of the cheese slices over the bottom rolls.
- Spread scrambled eggs evenly on top of the cheese.
- Layer turkey bacon pieces over the eggs.
- Top with the remaining cheese slices.
- Place the top half of the rolls back on.
- Brush the tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder, if using.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes, until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve warm.

Notes
Customize with veggies like sautéed spinach or mushrooms. For extra flavor, spread a thin layer of cream cheese or Dijon mustard under the eggs.
