Ingredients

  • 1 package Hawaiian rolls (12 count)
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and cut in half
  • 6 large eggs, scrambled and seasoned
  • 8 slices cheddar or American cheese
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • Cooking spray or parchment paper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease or line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally without separating them individually.
  3. Place the bottom half of the rolls in the prepared dish.
  4. Layer half of the cheese slices over the bottom rolls.
  5. Spread scrambled eggs evenly on top of the cheese.
  6. Layer turkey bacon pieces over the eggs.
  7. Top with the remaining cheese slices.
  8. Place the top half of the rolls back on.
  9. Brush the tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder, if using.
  10. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  11. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes, until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
  12. Slice and serve warm.
